Take advantage of the state-of-the-art health club, which includes a cardio theater, pilates, yoga, aerobics, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, and a children\'s playground. Play golf on the 18-hole, oceanside, championship course, which has been featured in Golf Digest and now offers the ESPN golf school. Downhill skiing is nine miles away at Camden Snow Bowl. Visit the renowned Farnsworth Owls Head Transportation and Maine Lighthouse museums. The resort\'s website is www.samosetresort.com. Each unit has a deck with a view of Penobscot Bay, two tv\'s and is air conditioned. Each unit has a partial kitchen which includes a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and toaster oven. Some have a whirlpool bath. The resort has 3 floors and NO elevator. The unit entranceis on the middle floor. All units have dvdplayers. One bedroom units max 4/Priv 4 have 1 bath, a king bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleepsofa. ALL UNITS AT THE RESORT ARE NON- SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED. Rental fees are charged for golf clubs and racquets. Advance tee times recommended during high season. Call 207/594-1431 to reserve tee times. The resorts restaurant, Marcels, iscountry club casual dress. Linen service and partial cleaning serviceis Mon. for bldg.I (600),Tues for bldg II 700),and Wed forbldg III (800).Full maid and linen service is available for afee. Check-in time is 4 PM and check out time 10 AM. A US$250.00 fine will be levied forviolating the no smoking policy. And $50. der day for violation the pet policy.
