An almost 200 year old house so you have to like the idiosyncracies of an old house. There are 2 acres and a fenced yard. Huge newer detached garage. An old colonial farmhouse that we bought basically gutted and spent 5 years finishing. Its close to 4000 sq. ft. We replaced all the windows and doors, put on a new roof, tore out all the walls, insulated and put up new drywall. This was our dreamhouse and we had to move for health reasons. It has a finished bath in the attic and the attic is all insulated and the attic is prepared to be finished. We put skylights up there because that was to be our bedroom. There are at least 4 bedrooms. We did the kitchen over with new cabinet facings and tile floor and counters. There is a woodcoal stove that we used every year in the living room which was our favorite place to hang out. The wood floors upstairs were all refinished. There is laminate that looks like wood downstairs.
