Looking to rent half of my mobil home. You will have 2 bedroom and a full bathroom. Laundry on site. I have 15 acres, very peacefull. I currently have 3 horses and 3 cats. Please feel free to bring animals. Dogs are allowed as long as they are cathorse friendly. No obnoxious barkers. Pleantly of room to park vehicles. I work nights but am willing to live with any male people who works any shift. I dont smoke, but dont mind outside smokers. I do enjoy to drink occasionaly. I live within 5 minutes of a major highway and 20 minutes to a major city that has everything imaginable. I am close to many stables if anyone enjoys riding. Also, a lot of woods and land if anyone like to hunt. A little something for everyone. Asking 350.00 per month, plus half of electric. Asking for a months rent, plus security deposit due at signing.I only use my cell phone, if you would like a phone line or internet connections, that will be your responsibilty.
